Alternative comedian and trained actress Holly Burn looks set to see her star rise in 2014 after she celebrates Christmas this year at the Soho Theatre with two dates of Holly Burn's Hoo-Hah! on December 7 and 8.

Originally from Newcastle, she trained at Philippe Gaulier's school of clowning (other students have included Emma Thompson, Sacha Baron Cohen and surreal comedian Dr Brown) and combines wordplay, mime, character comedy and sketches to create her own unique brand of weird comedy. Her shows have included surprises such as leading the audience into the street and creating her own nightclub, The H Club, downstairs at the Leicester Square Theatre, and with a Mighty Boosh support slot and famous fans including Harry Hill and Eddie Izzard, it's clear she's set for big things.
