Former model Jo Wood, actress Sheridan Smith and TV personalities Arlene Philips and Alex Jones have pledged their support to this year's BBC Children in Need BearFaced Day, November 8.

The celebrities have taken part in a make-up free photoshoot with photographer Rankin and are encouraging women across the country to go without make-up to help raise money for the charity. Wood commented 'I hope that women across the UK will leave the make-up at home for the day to help change the lives of children who really do need our help!'.
