Niamh Cusack, who recently starred in theatre production The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, has been announced as ambassador for Ambitious about Autism.

Cusack said that visiting the charity while researching for her role in the play - which follows 15 year old Christopher John Francis Boone as he deals with behavioural difficulties - was 'so inspiring'. She added 'I look forward to continuing to support the vital work the charity does by raising awareness of autism'.
