American actor and comedian Aziz Ansari has signed a deal with The Penguin Press to publish his first book, which is to look at the impact of technology when starting a new relationship.

Ansari will work with noted academics for interviews and conduct original research for the book, slated for release September 2015. Ansari commented 'You know when you text someone you're romantically interested in and you don't hear anything back and then you see them post a photo of a pizza on Instagram? That's exactly what I want this book to deal with. These are strange conundrums that no generation has ever faced before'.
