She's already been making waves on the catwalk for some time now, however Stacy Martin is now about to do the same on the big screen.

The half-French, half-English model is Danish director Lars Von Trier's new muse and stars in his controversial film Nymphomaniac, due for release in December 2013. Starring opposite Shia LaBeouf, the 22 year old plays a young version of Charlotte Gainsbourg's character Joe – a self-diagnosed sex addict. The project, which features real sex scenes, also stars Christian Slater, Jamie Bell and Willem Defoe. And it seems Martin has no intention of ending her acting career there either; filming Barking At Trees, an independent British film about a once successful artist who suffers the dramatic effects of a broken heart, during the summer of 2013.
