Modern Family star Ed O'Neill has signed with Paradigm, joining his longtime agent Iris Grossman who moved from ICM Partners earlier this month.
O'Neill is the third major Grossman client to follow her to Paradigm, joining Mandy Patinkin and Frances Conroy.
