Producer and writer Evan Katz has signed to 3 Arts Entertainment, where he's to be rep'd by Erwin Stoff and Oly Obst.
Katz is best known for his work on TV series 24 and has most recently served as executive producer on Body of Proof, and consulting producer on Awake.
