Ashley Roberts has helped launch childhood cancer charity Young Lives Vs Cancer's Wig Wednesday fundraiser, photographed alongside fellow celebrities Joanna Lumley, Lydia Rose Bright, Laura Whitmore and Michelle Ryan in colourful wigs, in the hope that on May 22 people across the country will join in by wearing wigs and donating money in support of the charity.

Roberts said that 'it was a lot of fun picking out my wigs and trying out lots of different looks', while Lumley commented on the 'gruelling, often life-saving' treatment that causes a lot of cancer patients to lose their hair.
