Roger Daltrey appointed BIMM patron

Brighton Institute of Modern Music has announced the appointment of The Who frontman Roger Daltrey as its first ever patron.

Daltrey said he's 'delighted' with his new role and that he's 'very happy to support new music'. Tony Wadsworth, director of BIMM, which runs intensive courses for students who are committed to a career in music, described Daltrey as inspirational adding, 'having him as a patron is an honour'.
