TV host Jenni Falconer has joined Heart radio station to present a weekly early morning Sunday breakfast show where she's to play a variety of music and discuss the week's showbiz stories.
Falconer, who's presented The National Lottery and GMTV, said joining Heart is 'incredibly exciting' and to be given her own show is 'an honour', while the station commented she 'reflects what Heart is all about'.
