BBC Radio1 breakfast presenter Nick Grimshaw is to host a new panel show for BBC Three called Sweat The Small Stuff.

'Grimmy' is to be joined by team captains, Kiss FM DJs Rickie and Melvin and Rochelle Humes from The Saturdays, for the weekly show and commented 'Really excited about my new show! Being the host of a panel show is what self-centred dreams are made of and I can't wait to show off on both the radio and now, prime-time television'.
