American singer/songwriter and actress Miley Cyrus has signed a deal with RCA Records and is to release an as yet untitled album later this year, a collaboration with Dr Luke, known for producing hits with Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj and Cyrus's 2009 hit, Party in the USA.

The former Hannah Montana star also revealed at last September's iHeartRadio Music Festival that she'd been in talks with producers Pharrell Williams, Hit-Boy, and Da Internz.
