Michael Grandage has launched the MGC Futures Company, a youth theatre initiative which is to introduce young people to all aspects of theatre making, working alongside the Michael Grandage Company.
Grandage, who's looking to recruit 20 young people to form the company, said he's 'delighted' to launch the initiative.
