Pixie Lott has been named as an ambassador for children's charity Rays of Sunshine after being inspired by the story of Bella, a four year old from Swindon who was diagnosed with muscle cancer in the wall of her chest last year.

The singer/songwriter said 'I'm absolutely honoured to become an ambassador for Rays of Sunshine. Bella's twinkly, smiley face made my day and I only hope I can help the charity to spread more beautiful smiles'. Other celebrity ambassadors include Gordon Ramsay, JLS, One Direction and Olly Murs.
