Phil Clarke is to join Channel 4 early next year as its new Head of Comedy.
Clarke, who's currently Head of Comedy and Entertainment at Objective Productions, is to oversee a range of shows including Black Mirror, Derek and Bad Sugar. Current Comedy Commissioning Editor Nerys Evans is to be promoted to Deputy Head of Comedy with immediate effect.
