American actress Lindsay Lohan has signed with PR firm Rogers & Cowan, where she's to be rep'd by Tej Herring, joining a roster including Steve Jones, Zachary Levi and Leah Renee.
Lohan continues to be represented by ICM Partners and Untitled Entertainment.
