British designer Natalie Ratabesi has been appointed creative director at Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti, succeeding the label's eponymous founder.
Ratabesi takes a wealth of experience with her from previous positions at Christian Dior, Oscar de la Renta, Gucci and Ralph Lauren, with her first collection for the Ferretti label set to debut for autumn/winter 2013-14.
