British scriptwriter and director Rowan Athale has signed with American talent agency WME following the screening of his debut feature Wastelands at this year's Toronto International Film Festival.
Athale's rep'd by David Karp and Philip Raskind at the agency, joining a roster including Nicolas Winding Refn and Joel Hopkins, and continues to be managed by Mady Niel at Independent Talent Group.
