Xtra Factor presenter Olly Murs has been announced as the latest ambassador for children's charity Rays of Sunshine, following in the footsteps of Simon Cowell and One Direction.

Murs, who's also an ambassador for the charity Brainwave, commented 'I am very honoured to announce my involvement as ambassador for Rays of Sunshine. I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting the amazing 'wish children' they work with and am looking forward to meeting many more!'.
