Celebrity mothers including Sienna Miller, Kym Marsh, Amanda Davies and Melanie C are backing The Bump Campaign from children's charity Sparks, highlighting the need for medical research into serious conditions affecting babies, children and mothers-to-be.

The initiative aims to raise awareness of the 3000 babies who die before their first birthday each year in the UK, and the 1 in 30 infants born with a condition which may affect them for life.
