MasterChef winner Shelina Permalloo has been named the new face of unrefined sugar specialist Billington's, celebrating the brand’s Mauritian origins.
Permalloo, who was born to Mauritian parents, will develop a range of recipes incorporating a selection of Billington’s unrefined sugars, and broadcast a number of 'How-To' videos in her role as brand ambassador.
