Pamela Anderson echoes plea to save Indian elephant

03 08 2012

Following Sir Paul McCartney's recent plea for abused Indian elephant Sunder to be rescued from Jyotiba Temple in the Kolhapur district of Maharashtra and moved to a forested sanctuary, Pamela Anderson has sent a letter to Vinay Kore, leader of the Jan Surajya Shakti Party, reiterating the request.

The former Baywatch star said 'Sunder is the age of one of my sons, and as sensitive as anyone's child. He must be rescued without delay'.
