Damien Hirst donates art to Burger King

06 07 2012

Damien Hirst has donated an original painting named Flame Grilled to Leicester Square Burger King franchisee Django Fung.

The painting celebrates, and is a key feature of, the newly remodelled 'Flameship' restaurant, which provides customers with a new eating experience by showcasing the franchise's signature flame grilling. Fung, a personal friend of Hirst, commented that 'art should be accessible to everyone, especially in such a busy summer'.
