Comedy agent Joe Eshenbaugh has left The Gersh Agency to join Innovative Artists as comedy co-ordinator, working alongside comedy head Ian Aroughetti.
The agency represents comedians including Mary Lynn Rajskub, Larry Miller and Pauly Shore.
