British Heart Foundation partners with ITV

20 04 2012

The British Heart Foundation has teamed up with ITV to raise awareness of heart disease in women.

Coronation Street is featuring a storyline on April 23 in which Audrey Roberts, played by Sue Nicholls, suffers a heart attack. The BHF is screening three bespoke 10 second adverts with life-saving messages during the two-part programme, and has also created a short film containing heart health advice filmed on the Coronation Street set, which features on the charity's website.
