Heart Radio’s Have a Heart Appeal, now in its third year, has raised £348,456 for children’s charity ChildLine, almost £20k more than was given to Children’s Hospices UK last year.

On-air fundraising efforts, which ran March 5-9, received support from the likes of Lionel Richie, Daniel Radcliffe, Matt Cardle and David Hasselhoff, with proceeds going towards the recruitment, training and support of 140 new volunteer ChildLine counsellors.
