07 03 2012

Yves Saint Laurent has appointed Hedi Slimane as Creative Director of the label.

The designer, previously Artistic Director of Menswear at the fashion house until 2000, when he took over at Dior Homme, will reveal his first womenswear offering at the pre-collections' launch in June. The announcement follows the departure of Stefano Pilati, who took his final bow at the YSL show in Paris on Monday.
