Accessories designer Katie Hiller has signed with Liz Matthews PR for both personal publicity and PR for her jewellery brand Hillier London.
Katie launched her animal-inspired label in 2010 and has also consulted for Luella, Marc Jacobs and Stella McCartney. She joins a client roster including Alexa Chung, Daisy Lowe and Laura Bailey.
