To celebrate International Women's Day tomorrow, Avon's Empowerment Ambassador Alesha Dixon is launching the beauty brand's Empowerment necklace, with all proceeds going towards Refuge and Women's Aid.
Dixon is calling on the public to wear the necklace, which can be bought online or from a local representative, as part of Avon's Pass It On initiative, helping to combat violence against women.
