Miss England launches dress auction for children's charity

23 02 2012

The Miss England organisation is putting six dresses worn by previous winners of the competition up for auction, raising money for children's charity Beauty with a Purpose.

The recycled outfits take to the catwalk at this year's Eco Fashion Show at the Miss England final on June 26, where the successful bids will be announced. The campaign has been launched in collaboration with fashion designer Karen Karmody and is fronted by current title holder Alize Lily Mounter.
