Jennifer Aniston, Morgan Freeman and Robin Williams are among celebrities lending their support to St Jude Children's Research Hospital's Thanks and Giving campaign.
The stars are set to appear alongside patients in a series of television spots airing in the US throughout November and December, raising awareness about research and treatment of paediatric cancer and other children's diseases.
