Madness frontman Suggs is launching Christian Aid's Big Christmas Sing fundraiser on November 9, with a free concert at Old Spitalfields Market.
Following in the footsteps of Beverley Knight and Olly Murs, he's set to host and perform at the event, as well as turning on the Christmas lights. Local choirs and school groups also perform.
