Amy Winehouse Foundation to launch on singer's birthday

The Amy Winehouse Foundation, set up by the late singer's father Mitch following her death in July, launches today on what would have been her 28th birthday (see Diary).

The charity will help young people struggling with drug and alcohol addictions, with Mitch stating 'we will turn our grief into positive action'.
