A host of stars including Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Mel C are pledging their support to Disney Junior UK's campaign to collect a million Disney memories in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital.
The public are being asked to visit milliondisneymemories.co.uk and share their first memory of the classic films, with £1m to be donated by Disney once the one million count is reached.
