US TV writer and producer David Milch has signed to International Creative Management and is now represented by Jeff Berg at the LA branch, whose roster includes the likes of Al Pacino and Jean-Jacques Annaud.
The four-time Emmy Award winner is currently working on Warner Bros feature Heavy Rain.
