Big Brother winner Brian Belo is suing his former manager for loss of earnings up to 100k, claiming the ITV2 reality show was his idea.

He claims Adam Muddle of Money North Management pitched the pilot (originally named Totally Essex) to Lime Productions, which Belo then appeared in. Muddle confirmed he no longer represents Belo, and Lime Productions say they've received no formal complaint and that 'the format and content of the programme was created and developed by a specialist team at Lime Pictures'.
